2. Job Fair Broker – 50% of total sales and repeat sales for 2009.

As a job fair Broker, Ineedajob.com will post your career fairs for you for free! You provide us the information and we will create a listing. You can’t lose, because you only pay when we sell a career fair for you! We have you provide us a company e-mail address that will come directly to us. We will also secure a dedicated phone line so we can answer the phone with your business name, and handle sales requests that come in directly from our ads. If you have a date change, etc. it will be your responsibility to let us know, so that we can change the posting on your behalf. Any repeat business as a result of our sale after the initial sale (regardless of the amount of the initial sale) will be commissionable at the same rate of 50% throughout 2009. We will make the follow-up call to the clients we sold; however if they call your office directly, it still remains our sale. After the first year, should you wish to continue to use our service, we will drop the commission to 35%; however we will continue to service the past clients we brought to your fairs for only 25%. If you hand out ineedajob.com card-sized marketing pieces to each of your jobseekers (that we supply), and make our online services available to your employers on your job fair registration form, we will reduce our fee by 10%, as well as give you a 40% commission on any of the ineedajob.com web services sold.


3.
Job Fair Sponsor

As a job fair sponsor, Ineedajob.com will give you access to post your own career fairs, along with any technical assistance you will need. There will be no fee for placing your fairs on our Calendar for 2009, however in lieu of a fee and because of the extensive exposure your organization will receive from our network of job fair sites, ineedajob.com will be designated a media sponsor and receive the following in return:

  1. Business card sized marketing pieces (ineedajob.com will provide) will be handed out to each applicant as they register or enter each fair.

  2. Ineedajob.com will be prominently noted as a media sponsor on any advertising your organization does, unless it is a verifiable conflict of interest with an employment website, etc.

  3. Ineedajob.com will be listed as a media sponsor on your job fair program.

  4. Ineedajob.com will be prominently listed as a media sponsor (using our logo with a link to our site) on the web page for the job fair on your job fair site

  5. Ineedajob.com will be prominently listed as a media sponsor on any e-mail blasts you send out to notify applicants of the fair, with a logo and link to ineedajob.com.

  6. A handout (also supplied by us) describing ineedajob.com’s features and services will be included in an employer packet or distributed when they register.

  7. Companies using ineedajob.com as a job fair sponsor can list our unlimited posting special for 2009 on their registration form, and receive a 40% commission. This allows companies to post unlimited positions for one location. Postings can be anywhere in the United States, but all positions in an unlimited posting account must be for a declared city.
